# Buzzed — Privacy Policy

Buzzed does not collect any of your data.
Buzzed has no accounts, no servers, no analytics, and no ads. Everything you do in the app stays on your device.
## Information stored on your device
The following is created by you and stored only on your device (in the device’s local app storage). It never leaves your phone and is never sent to us:
Uninstalling the app, or clearing its storage, permanently deletes all of the above.
## Purchases
Buzzed offers one optional one-time in-app purchase that unlocks the premium party-game editions. The purchase is processed entirely by your app store’s billing system (the Apple App Store or Google Play). Buzzed never receives or stores your name, payment details, or App Store / Google account. Your purchase entitlement is held by your app store account and restored by it.
## Information we do NOT collect
Buzzed makes no network calls of its own. The only network activity is the optional in-app purchase, which is handled entirely by your app store.
## Health & safety
The Buzz Meter blood-alcohol figure is an approximation for informational and entertainment purposes only. It cannot account for individual physiology, medication, food, or other factors. Never rely on it to decide whether it is safe to drive or operate machinery. Always drink responsibly.
## Children
Buzzed contains alcohol-related content and is intended only for adults of legal drinking age. The app shows an age-affirmation gate on first launch.
## Changes
We may update this policy from time to time; material changes are reflected by the “Last updated” date above.
